We encourage the approval of the sample before we dispatch the goods. In the event of goods being different from the approved sample, the goods must be returned to us within 7 business days from the date of delivery. It would be at sole discretion of Spurton.in to accept the returns, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the company.
In the event of we not receiving goods back within 7 business days, the warranty will be void and customer will not be eligible for refund.
The goods received by us should not be damaged and in brand new condition.
We will replace/ Refund in case the customer’s claim is found to be correct post verification.
In case of refund, the process will be completed within 15 days and NEFT will be done in your bank account.
